Frat initiation gay

It gives new members a sense of belonging, it builds common experiences among the whole group and sets norms among them necessary for performing.

It is also important for existing members of groups to initiate the new members. As the fraternity’s first-ever openly gay member, each new challenge not only tested my resilience but also brought into sharp focus my ongoing struggle for acceptance and community.

Initiates, however, do not know what is happening to them or what it means; their knowledge and comprehension will come gradually. This is the worst outcome I could have expected from being hazed by a fraternity.
